MUNICIPAL BOARD

JANUARY 11, 2022

A regular meeting of the Municipal Water and Sewer Board of the Village of Lowville was held on January 11, 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mr. Joseph Zehr.

Approval of Minutes:

Motion by Mr. Kraeger, seconded by Mr. Widrick to approve the minutes of the November 9, 22021,regular meeting. All in favor.

Public Comment:

§ None.

Correspondence:

§ Town of Watson – EDU rate decrease.

Old Business:

DEC Application:

§ No current updates.

7610 Number Four Rd.:

§ Mr. Zehr noted that he spoke to the Department of Health (DOH) regarding the water pressure issue at this residence. The resident was mailed a letter from the DOH stating that the Village handled all responsibilities regarding this issue adequately. The resident was informed that any and all future issues regarding this matter need to be brought to the Town of New Bremen.

New Business:

§ Kraft Sewer Charges:

October 2021 $1,250.00

November 2021 $0

December 2021 $2,000.00

§ Kraft Water Charges:

November 2021 $0

December 2021 $0

Motion by Mr. Widrick, seconded by Mr. Kraeger to accept the sewer/water charges as listed. All in favor.

§ County Water Study:

§ Supt. Denise and Mr. Zehr will attend the County Water Study meeting on January 25, 2022, at 5PM.
