MUNICIPAL BOARD

MARCH 8, 2022

A regular meeting of the Municipal Water and Sewer Board of the Village of Lowville was held on March 8, 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mr. Joseph Zehr.

Municipal Board Members: Joseph Zehr Donald Kraeger Michael Comet

Others Present: Paul Denise Wendy Snowden Charles Terrillion

Approval of Minutes:

Motion by Mr. Kraeger, seconded by Mr. Comet to approve the minutes of the February 8, 2022, regular meeting with the correction of a spelling error. All in favor.

Old Business:

GYMO, PC UPGRADES:

§ No current updates.

DEC Application:

· Supt. Denise reported no current update.

Town of Lowville – District One:

§ The Town of Lowville has requested an increase from 40,000 gpd to 50,000 gpd in District One.

Motion by Mr. Kraeger, seconded by Mr. Comet to request the Village Board to renew the agreement with an increase to 50,000 gpd. All in favor.

New Business:

§ Kraft Sewer Charges:

§ January $6,500 February $4,000

Motion by Mr. Kraeger, seconded by Mr. Comet to accept the surcharges as listed. All in favor.

§ Kraft Water Charges:

§ February $0
