MUNICIPAL BOARD

April 12, 2022

A regular meeting of the Municipal Water and Sewer Board of the Village of Lowville was held on April 12, 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mr. Joseph Zehr.

Approval of Minutes:

Motion by Mr. Kraeger, seconded by Mr. Zehr to approve the minutes of the March 8, 2022 regular meeting. All in favor.

Public Comment:

Old Business:

GYMO, PC UPGRADES:

§ Supt. Denise reported the Sewer plant project is scheduled to begin next week.

DEC Application:

· Supt. Denise reported the Lowville Water Withdrawal permit has been unofficially granted for 2,118,400 GPD.

New Business:

§ Kraft Sewer Charges:

§ March $4,250

Motion by Mrs. Duflo, seconded by Mr. Widrick to accept the surcharges as listed. All in favor.

§ Kraft Water Charges:

§ March $5,000

Motion by Mrs. Duflo, seconded by Mr. Widrick to accept the surcharges as listed. All in favor.
