MUNICIPAL BOARD

June 14, 2022

A regular meeting of the Municipal Water and Sewer Board of the Village of Lowville was held on June 14, 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mr. Joseph Zehr.

Approval of Minutes:

Motion by Mr. Comet, seconded by Mrs. Duflo to approve the minutes of the May 10, 2022 regular meeting. All in favor.

Old Business:

GYMO, PC UPGRADES:

§ Supt. Denise reported bids were opened today for the water upgrades and the low bid was Manfred Construction and S.C. Spencer Electric.

Motion by Mrs. Duflo, seconded by Mr. Kraeger to accept the bids as listed above and recommend to the Board of Trustees to accept them. All in favor.

Hospital Water Line:

· Supt. Denise reported there will be no effect from construction to the Village.

KRAFT SURCHARGES

· Supt. Denise is in regular contact with Eric Lee.

Town of New Bremen:

· No new information from New Bremen for 7610 Number Four Rd.

§ Kraft Water Charges:

§ May $0

§ Watson Water Service:

§ Homeowner at 7349 Ossont Rd. was referred to the Town of Watson at this time for water service.
