MUNICIPAL BOARD

October 11, 2022

A regular meeting of the Municipal Water and Sewer Board of the Village of Lowville was held on October 11, 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mr. Joseph Zehr.

Approval of Minutes:

Motion by Mr. Comet, seconded by Mr. Widrick to approve the minutes of the September 13, 2022 regular meeting. All in favor.

Public Comment:

§ New water service: 5071 W. Martinsburg Rd.

§ New water service: Lot A-Emi Lane, Lowville

Motion by Mr. Kraeger, seconded by Mr. Comet to accept the new water services as listed. All in favor.

Correspondence:

§ None.

Old Business:

GYMO, PC UPGRADES:

· Desludging is still going on in Lagoon one. APG is still hoping to be done with this lagoon before winter.

· The ground water project is going well. Manfred Construction is making great progress on the installation of the piping. Supt. Denise estimates 80% of the pipes are in the ground.

§ September – None.
