MUNICIPAL BOARD

December 13, 2022

A regular meeting of the Municipal Water and Sewer Board of the Village of Lowville was held on December 13, 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mr. Joseph Zehr.

Approval of Minutes:

Motion by Mrs. Duflo, seconded by Mr. Comet to approve the minutes of the November 8, 2022 regular meeting. All in favor.

Public Comment:

Old Business:

GYMO, PC UPGRADES:

· WTP – S.C. Spencer has all the piping run outside. Conduit is done up to the building.

· WWTP – The liner installation is almost completed. Upon completion, lagoon 2 will be pumped into lagoon 1.

New Business:

§ Kraft Sewer Charges:

§ October – None

§ November – $1000

Motion by Mr. Widrick, seconded by Mrs. Duflo to accept the November sewer surcharges as listed. All in favor.

§ Kraft Water Charges:

§ November – None.

§ Water Main Break

§ Supt. Denise updated the board on the 12-inch water main break on South State St.
