MUNICIPAL BOARD
April 9, 2024

A regular meeting of the Municipal Water and Sewer Board of the Village of Lowville was held on April 9, 2024. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mr. Joe Zehr.

Approval of Minutes:

Motion by Mr. Kraeger, seconded by Mr. Widrick to approve the minutes of the March 12, 2024, regular meeting. All in favor.

GYMO, PC UPGRADES:
Nothing new to report

Kraft meter:
Mr. Denise reported the owner should be here with his programmer next week to get the meter installed. Mr. Zehr, Trustee Terrillion, and Colin Fayle went to Kraft to remind Kraft of the new November sewer rate and took a tour of the plant.

Well Development:

Mr. Denise reported that the two areas have been cleared out for the test wells.

Timber Cut:

Nothing new to report

Resignation and Appointments
Board of Trustees approved at their April 3rd meeting:
The resignation of Michael Comet and Appointment of Dennis Bishop to fill his term to December 31. 2024
The appointment of Pete Cecconi as alternate to fill Dennis Bishop’s term to December 31, 2024
