MUNICIPAL BOARD

A regular meeting of the Municipal Water and Sewer Board of the Village of Lowville was held on August 13, 2024. The meeting was called to order at 6:03 PM by Mr. Kraeger.

Municipal Board Members:    Don Kraeger    Tom Widrick    Mark Tabolt    Dennis Bishop    Peter Cecconi (alt.)

Others Present:      Wendy Snowden       Chuck Terrillion    Paul Denise

Approval of Minutes:

Motion by Mr. Bishop, seconded by Mr. Widrick to approve the minutes of the July 9 , 2024 regular meeting. All in favor.

GYMO, PC UPGRADES:
Nothing to report.

Kraft meter:
Mr. Denise reported the new meter has been installed and working with the RAFA system.

New Business:

Kraft Surcharges:

Kraft Water Surcharges:  Jul 2024  $20,000

Kraft Sewer Surcharges:   Jul 2024  $13,750

Motion by Mr. Widrick, seconded by Mr. Tabolt to accept the surcharges as listed.  All in favor.
